WordPress Gives AI Agents Write Access

WordPress expanded its MCP server from read-only access to write capabilities, letting AI agents draft and publish posts, build pages, manage comments, organize categories and tags, and update media metadata through natural-language instructions. The release adds 19 new abilities across six content types and matters because it moves agents from “assistant” mode into real production workflows on a mainstream publishing platform, while keeping human approval and activity logs in the loop.

Unbound AI Creates a New Governance Layer for Coding Agents

Unbound AI announced Agent Access Security Broker (AASB) as a new category for governing AI coding agents, along with a platform to discover agents in use, assess their risk, and control terminal commands, MCP actions, and sensitive access. The strategic takeaway is that coding agents are starting to look like a new enterprise control surface, big enough to justify a category designed specifically around what software agents can see, execute, and break.

Rezolve and Microsoft Keep Agentic Commerce in Focus

Rezolve announced that its CEO will appear with Microsoft’s retail leader in a March 24 fireside chat centered on agentic commerce, retailer demand, conversion, and digital commerce efficiency. This is not a new product launch, but it is still a useful March 20 signal that agentic commerce remains a live enterprise theme and that Microsoft continues to position itself alongside commerce-layer players rather than only model providers.

Microsoft Pushes End-to-End Security for Agentic AI

Microsoft used March 20 to roll out new security capabilities aimed at the full agentic stack, including a Security Dashboard for AI that is now generally available, plus Shadow AI Detection in Entra Internet Access becoming generally available on March 31. The larger implication is that Microsoft is treating agentic AI as an enterprise security category of its own, with dedicated controls for visibility, identity, and data protection rather than folding agents into generic AI governance.

Booz Allen Launches Vellox Agentic Cyber Suite

Booz Allen introduced Vellox, an AI-native cyber product suite built on agentic architecture, with Vellox Reverser already generally available for malware reverse engineering and Vellox Ranger in limited preview for autonomous detection engineering. This is notable because it shows agents being pushed into high-stakes security operations where speed, coverage, and autonomous action matter more than chatbot UX.
