The Latest Agentic Development
AWS and Visa announced Visa Intelligent Commerce on AWS, positioning Amazon Bedrock AgentCore as the runtime/identity/gateway backbone for production agentic commerce. Notably, Visa plans to host MCP tools on AgentCore so partners can build end-to-end, network-agnostic agent workflows (discovery → intent → tokenized payment), with sample blueprints for multi-agent travel and shopping flows.
Oracle recapped 2025 “agentic finance” progress in Fusion Cloud ERP, highlighting prebuilt finance agents (payables, planning, payments), plus Oracle AI Agent Studio to create/deploy/manage agent teams. The key platform move: an AI Agent Marketplace for validated partner-built agents deployable inside Fusion environments—an enterprise-friendly distribution channel for agents.
ServiceNow announced an all-cash $7.75B acquisition of Armis, framing it as foundational for AI adoption: visibility + risk prioritization + automated remediation across IT/OT/medical devices. ServiceNow explicitly ties the deal to agentic AI governance/trust (“intelligent trust and governance… any AI system”), while Reuters notes the deal is ServiceNow’s biggest and aims to counter AI-fueled cyber risk.
Rezolve Ai reported multiple live enterprise deployments and expansions for its conversational commerce / multi-search platform. Concrete signals: VogaCloset (250k+ products) went fully live and says 60%+ of shoppers use image uploads; Snapdeal signed a multi-year agreement after a “high-ROI” PoC; AJIO (Reliance retail, cited as $2.5B+ annual eCommerce sales) renewed/upsold. Net: retailers are moving from “search → conversation” with measurable engagement hooks.
Seekr and Stephano Slack announced “secure, explainable AI agents” for audit/advisory workflows starting with 401(k) plan auditing + financial data extraction. Their claim is unusually specific: manual extraction drops from ~50 hours to ~2 hours, and agents can auto-populate Excel workpapers while enabling broader sampling beyond minimum thresholds—classic “agent = workflow compression” in a regulated domain.
TNL Mediagene announced plans for an Agentic Newsroom—an AI-driven system to automate translation, localization, and distribution of content across Asian markets, with editor feedback loops to improve outputs. This is a practical deployment pattern: agents taking “ops-heavy” editorial workflows and turning them into a scalable content pipeline.
