eDreams ODIGEO said it is working with Visa to enable AI-initiated travel transactions inside user-defined parameters. The company is using Visa’s Trusted Agent Protocol and Agentic Directory so travel platforms can recognize verified AI agents and separate them from unknown traffic.

This matters because agentic commerce is moving from “AI recommends” to “AI books and pays.” For travel, that could shift the user journey away from search pages and toward delegated booking agents. Strategically, Visa is trying to become the trust and payment layer for autonomous online purchasing.

Zoom announced a definitive agreement to acquire Common Room, an AI-native go-to-market intelligence platform. Common Room unifies CRM, product usage, marketing, and engagement signals into person-level buyer intelligence, then activates that data with AI agents.

Its RoomieAI agents handle account research, contact research, message personalization, and prospecting inside existing revenue workflows. Customers cited in the announcement include Atlassian, Anthropic, Autodesk, Notion, Okta, and Snowflake. Strategically, Zoom is trying to turn its customer conversation platform into an AI revenue operating layer, not just a meetings and communications product.

Cleverbridge announced it is working with Visa to test agentic commerce for software and SaaS transactions. The company says AI agents can browse, select, and complete purchases on behalf of customers under defined rules and controls. Visa’s Trusted Agent Protocol and Agentic Directory are being used to identify approved agents and support secure authorization through Visa Payment Passkeys.

This is important because software buying is a natural use case for AI agents: comparing plans, checking requirements, and completing checkout. The bigger implication is that SaaS commerce may need to support both human buyers and verified machine buyers.

Their first after-hours call was a $20,000 job.

Air Texas was paying $2,000 a month for an answering service that couldn't close jobs.

Their first after-hours call with Podium’s AI Employee booked a $20,000 job.

Now no call goes unanswered after 5PM.

Aligned raised a $60 million Series B and positioned its product around the “AI Deal Workspace” category. The company says digital sales rooms are evolving into shared spaces where sellers, buyers, and AI agents collaborate in real time. After a first meeting, a rep can share one link where the buying group and seller continue the deal without requiring a login.

The agentic angle is that AI becomes part of the sales process instead of sitting outside it as a research or copywriting assistant. Strategically, this points to B2B sales tools becoming collaborative agent workspaces rather than static content portals.

Enhans announced it received a TI-1 rating from NICE Information Service, the highest grade in the agency’s investment technology evaluation. The company was recognized for AgentOS, its enterprise AI agent operating platform. Enhans says AgentOS structures enterprise data into a business ontology and lets agents carry out work, read screens, complete tasks, and improve based on execution results.

The company is targeting use cases across manufacturing, finance, defense, distribution, logistics, and retail. This is less of a product launch and more of a validation signal for the enterprise agent operating-system category.

YuSMP Group announced a multi-agent AI platform for automating business processes across marketing, customer support, analytics, and monitoring. The company describes the system as operating continuously to reduce manual workload across these functions.

No customer metrics or pricing details were disclosed in the announcement. The positioning is familiar but important: companies are packaging “AI agent workforce” products around functional departments instead of single-purpose assistants. Strategically, this shows the agent market splitting between infrastructure providers and vertical/workflow-specific agent bundles.
