Sierra Lifted SoftBank’s Resolution Rate From 83% to 97%

SoftBank became Sierra’s exclusive partner in Japan for deploying customer-service AI agents. SoftBank has already used Sierra for its LINEMO mobile brand, where inquiry-resolution rates increased from 83% to 97% and customer-satisfaction scores rose from 74% to 93%. The company will now evaluate Sierra for its SoftBank and Y!mobile brands and other group businesses.

Sierra says its platform is used by 40% of the Fortune 50 and one-third of the world’s leading banks. Strategically, SoftBank is giving Sierra a powerful enterprise distribution channel into Japan while providing measurable evidence that customer-service agents can outperform existing support systems.

project44 Spins Out an Agent Platform Used by 9 of the Top 10 Logistics Providers

project44 separated its operations into two businesses: project44 for enterprise shippers and LSP44 for logistics service providers. LSP44 launches as a profitable, AI-native agent and API infrastructure company serving freight forwarders, brokers, and third-party logistics providers. The company says nine of the world’s ten largest logistics service providers already run on its infrastructure.

Customers can embed LSP44’s agents, carrier network, logistics data graph, and APIs inside their own transportation systems and customer products. Strategically, the split recognizes that enterprises increasingly buy finished agentic applications while technology-heavy logistics providers want infrastructure they can embed and control.

Hadrius Raises $27M After Cutting Compliance Work by 70%

Hadrius announced $27 million in seed and Series A funding led by CRV, with participation from Y Combinator and other investors. More than 500 financial institutions and investment firms now use its agentic compliance infrastructure. Hadrius says the platform reduces false positives by 95%, cuts manual compliance work by 70%, and saves teams more than 20 hours per week.

The company plans to expand its agents across marketing reviews, communications surveillance, employee trading, trade monitoring, branch inspections, and audit preparation by the end of 2026. Strategically, the round shows that regulated vertical agents with measurable labor savings and audit-ready outputs are becoming a defensible enterprise software category.

A Tourism Agent Grew Weekly In-Chat Revenue 2.5×

Satisfi Labs launched an AI ticketing agent with Ventrata that handles discovery, recommendations, live availability, checkout, and post-purchase support within one conversation. Pilot deployments have operated at City Sightseeing New Orleans and One World Observatory since early 2026. The New Orleans deployment recorded more than 1,800 ticket interactions, averaged 2.5 tickets per transaction, and saw 90% of discovery and purchasing happen on mobile.

One World Observatory reported a 2.5-fold increase in weekly in-chat revenue over eight weeks, with 2.4 tickets per transaction and a 3.1% click-to-sale rate. Strategically, this moves tourism agents from answering visitor questions to completing revenue-generating transactions without sending customers through a separate checkout funnel.

Fusemachines Turns Recruiting Into a Four-Agent Workflow

Fusemachines introduced an Agentic AI Suite for Talent Acquisition covering candidate selection, interviews, recruiter guidance, and application verification. The suite includes a Candidate Shortlisting Agent, Pacing and Signal Agent, Candidate Trust Agent, and the company’s existing Interview Agent. Fusemachines has expanded its platform to more than 30 applicant-tracking-system integrations, allowing individual agents or connected workflows to operate within existing recruiting systems.

The agents surface evidence and recommendations while leaving advancement, fraud, and hiring decisions with human recruiters. Strategically, the suite illustrates how enterprise software is evolving from one general assistant into coordinated, role-specific agents operating across an entire business process.
