Six people doing the work. Your headcount is one.

Your finance close runs in #finance. Stripe and QuickBooks reconciled, runway updated, posted Sunday night without you asking.

Engineering review lands in #eng. Viktor pulled the open PRs, left comments on auth-refactor, flagged a dependency blocking api-pagination.

Campaign brief lands in #growth: Meta CPA up 18%, recommendation to pause broad match, a draft landing page already deployed for the variant test.

You hired him on day zero. He lives in Slack and Microsoft Teams alongside your contractors and investors, connects to 3,000+ tools, pushes back when you ship something dumb.

"Viktor is now an integral team member, and after weeks of use we still feel we haven't uncovered the full potential." Patrick, Director, Yarra Web.

Mastercard launched Agent Pay for Machines, or AP4M, infrastructure designed for continuous, programmatic transactions between AI agents and digital services. The system supports payments worth fractions of a cent at high frequency and low latency, with settlement across cards, bank accounts, and stablecoins.

Every participating agent can be credentialed, assigned spending limits, and governed through programmatically enforced authorization rules. More than 30 companies—including Stripe, Adyen, Cloudflare, Coinbase, Checkout, Lovable, Ripple, Solana Foundation, Skyfire, and Nevermined are supporting or testing the ecosystem.

Strategic signal: agentic commerce is moving beyond shopping assistants toward an autonomous machine economy requiring identity, permissioning, multi-rail settlement, and guaranteed payment execution.

GitLab introduced a new agentic engineering stack led by GitLab Orbit, next-generation source-code management, and Governance for Agents. Its server-side source-code system lets agents retrieve only the project intelligence needed for a task, producing up to 50 times faster execution, two times lower token consumption, and 1,000 times less network traffic.

GitLab Orbit connects code, work items, pipelines, deployments, and production signals in a lifecycle context graph, generating responses up to 11 times faster with 4.5 times fewer tokens and 45 times fewer hallucinations in internal testing. Governance for Agents adds identity, policies, approvals, audit trails, and visibility into agent inputs, reasoning, and tool calls.

Strategic signal: the coding-agent battleground is shifting from model intelligence to context infrastructure, controlled repository access, and enterprise-grade governance.

Jedify raised a $24 million Series A led by Norwest, with strategic participation from Snowflake Ventures, to build context graphs for enterprise AI agents. The company is targeting a persistent limitation of general-purpose models: they lack reliable understanding of an organization’s internal relationships, systems, business rules, and operational history.

Jedify’s context infrastructure is intended to give agents structured enterprise knowledge instead of forcing them to repeatedly reconstruct context from disconnected documents and applications. The funding arrives as GitLab and other major platforms are independently positioning context graphs as essential infrastructure for more accurate and efficient agents.

Strategic signal: persistent, enterprise-specific context is becoming a standalone infrastructure category and potentially one of the most defensible layers in the agent stack.

Honeycomb published a new production guide outlining how companies should monitor AI agents, multi-agent systems, and agentic pipelines. It argues that traditional application monitoring cannot explain failures spread across model responses, tool calls, memory operations, external APIs, and agent-to-agent handoffs.

Recommended telemetry includes complete execution traces, token and model costs, memory reads and writes, decision paths, latency, tool usage, and quality degradation. Honeycomb points to OpenTelemetry’s emerging generative-AI conventions as a potential standard for correlating these signals across different agent frameworks.

Strategic signal: observability is becoming the feedback and accountability layer that turns experimental agents into systems businesses can debug, optimize, audit, and trust.
