SoundHound launches “Sales Assist,” a real-time voice agent

SoundHound announced Sales Assist, a voice-powered retail agent that listens (with consent) and delivers instant, contextual recommendations to staff devices (upgrades, bundles, promos, compliance prompts), orchestrating multiple specialist agents across CRM/billing/promo tools.
