Adobe began public testing an agentic AI assistant inside Firefly that can execute complex, multi-step creative tasks across Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, Express, and Premiere. The company is also building a lighter version for third-party chatbots, starting with Anthropic’s Claude. This turns Adobe’s tools from manual creative apps into callable execution layers inside conversational interfaces. Strategically, Adobe is positioning creativity as an agent-operated workflow, not just a prompt-to-image feature.

Identity Digital launched DNSid, a DNS-anchored identity standard meant to bind AI agents to verifiable ownership. The company frames it as a “birth certificate” layer for agents, solving accountability and interoperability across platforms. It also cited that 75% of businesses rank security, compliance, and auditability as critical for agent deployment. Strategically, this targets one of the biggest missing pieces in the agent economy: knowing who owns, governs, and is liable for an autonomous agent.
ConnectWise expanded zofiQ, its agentic AI platform for MSPs and IT teams. Early partner Fusion Computing reported an 86% reduction in escalations and said the system felt like adding two extra analysts without hiring. The platform combines AI assistants, autonomous execution, and human oversight for IT service delivery. Strategically, this is a strong enterprise proof point for agents as capacity expansion, not just workflow help.

Aptori announced autonomous offensive testing that uses AI agents to simulate real-world attacks and validate vulnerabilities. The product targets the growing security backlog created by AI-driven development and faster release cycles. This is agentic AI applied to security execution, not just monitoring or alerting. Strategically, security is becoming one of the clearest production use cases for task-specific autonomous agents.
The Economic Times reported that Flipkart, Bigbasket, Ajio, and Firstcry are building AI storefronts for agentic commerce across ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini-style interfaces. Razorpay is piloting agentic commerce with 15–20 merchants using UPI Reserve Pay, while Swiggy has built an MCP for ordering food and groceries through AI assistants. The current model still keeps final confirmation with the user, but discovery, cart creation, and payment initiation are moving into conversational flows. This shows agentic commerce becoming a regional payments and merchant-infrastructure race.
Commerce/Feedonomics launched Agentic Catalog Exports, helping merchants syndicate product data into agentic discovery channels including OpenAI and Google Gemini. The product is designed to make catalogs structured, accurate, and discoverable inside AI shopping environments. Dell is cited as an early example using Feedonomics to make products better represented in ChatGPT. This is important because agentic commerce will depend on clean product feeds, not just SEO pages.
