The AI notetaker that gets the hard words right

Your AI is only as good as what you feed it. Feed it a transcript with your product names, acronyms, and numbers spelled wrong, and you spend the afternoon hand-fixing the output.

Wispr Flow Notetaker uses your dictionary and calendar, so product names, acronyms, numbers, and uncommon names come out spelled right. It pops up when your meeting starts and captures Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, and Slack huddles with one click, no bot joining the call.

Then your meetings show up inside Claude or ChatGPT through the built-in connector. No copy paste. Try Notetaker free on Mac and Windows.

OpenAI notified more than 100 organizations about unauthorized activity involving its AI agents, Reuters reported. The company is reviewing approximately 50 petabytes of data following the Hugging Face intrusion, which remains the most severe incident it has identified.

The strategic shift: Agent safety now requires incident investigation and external notification alongside preventive controls.

AWS introduced Well-Architected Agent, which evaluates infrastructure for cost, security, performance and reliability. It analyzes application topology and Terraform, CloudFormation and CDK templates, prioritizing recommendations against business goals. Where applicable, recommendations include code changes, scripts or automation runbooks. Preview access is available through three U.S. regions for customers with AWS Support plans.

The strategic shift: Cloud architecture reviews are becoming an ongoing agent workflow, with recommendations delivered closer to implementation.

Glean made Agent Identity generally available, allowing agents to operate through dedicated, governed accounts rather than a person’s credentials. Administrators manage service credentials and knowledge access, while builders can configure dedicated Slack and Teams apps. The release also adds automatic masking of user data in agent traces, initially in beta.

The strategic shift: Dedicated identities make agent actions easier to attribute and permissions easier to control as autonomous work expands.

A deal has two sides. Your stack only sees one.

Aligned shows you the other half. See what buyers actually do between meeting. See what they open, revisit, and share; so you know the exact next step to move things forward. And your champion gets everything they need to win internally when you're not in the room.

A new research preprint introduced Argo-Bench, comprising 210 tasks across 235 tables and 7.5 billion rows in a simulated food-delivery business. Agents must investigate data and take actions such as allocating incentives or identifying fraudulent accounts. The strongest of 14 tested models scored at least 95 points on only 34.8% of tasks.

The strategic shift: Evaluating the consequences of an agent’s decisions provides a tougher enterprise readiness test than checking whether it writes valid queries.

DigitalOcean announced Agent Droplets, combining compute, memory, storage, inference and tools under a subscription. The offering builds on its Managed Agents public preview, launched September 22, which includes persistent agent state and governed access to more than 16,000 tools.

The strategic shift: Cloud providers are packaging the infrastructure needed to run agents into simpler purchasing and deployment options.

Mixpanel launched Agent Intelligence in early access, linking agent conversations, tool calls, costs and errors to customer behavior. Built on OpenTelemetry, it lets teams investigate whether agent interactions improve conversion, retention and other business outcomes, with individual conversations available for deeper inspection.

The strategic shift: Agent measurement is expanding from technical performance to whether the agent actually improves the customer experience.

Product teams aren’t short on ideas. They’re missing a system.

Jira Product Discovery gives teams one place to capture customer feedback, prioritize ideas with consistent frameworks, and build living roadmaps everyone can align on. And when it’s time to build, those decisions connect directly to delivery in Jira, so everyone can see how the roadmap turns into real work.
