Boost expanded Boba AI, its agentic banking platform, so customers can complete everyday banking tasks through chat and voice across the Boost and Boost Bank apps. Its 24/7 Boba Voice service has handled 90% of incoming customer enquiries, with more than 80% resolved in the first interaction and wait times cut to as little as 3 seconds.

Since January, more than 30,000 customers have generated close to 100,000 Boba AI requests, including account opening, onboarding/eKYC, bill-payment flows, real-time balance checks, and inquiry resolution. The key shift is that Boba is moving from “answer bot” to transaction executor, compressing multi-screen banking into one conversation.
Strategically, Boost is using agents as a customer-service margin lever and a product-differentiation layer in Malaysia’s digital banking market.
ModelCop commercially launched an identity-first security platform for AI agents and non-human identities. The platform discovers, governs, and monitors AI agent credentials, API keys, and machine identities in real time, then translates exposure into dollar-denominated risk for security teams.

The company points to machine identities outnumbering human identities 45-to-1 and frames unmanaged agent credentials as a fast-growing enterprise attack surface. Its controls include attack-path mapping from agent to credential to cloud role, just-in-time approval chains, and continuous compliance mapping to NIST AI RMF, SOC 2, and HITRUST.
The strategic signal is clear: as agents gain privileged tool access, the security category is shifting from identity inventory to runtime governance and board-level risk quantification.
Hampton took $440K in planned hires off the calendar
Hampton co-founder Joe Speiser had three roles budgeted: a data engineer, an ops manager, a PM. $440K. He installed Viktor on April 12. Forty-four days later, none are on the calendar, and 18 of his team work with Viktor daily. His VP: we are editors now, not creators.
Bespoke Labs raised $40 million across a Wing VC-led Series A and an 8VC-led seed round to build training environments for reliable AI agents. The company says current agents can complete short tasks but still struggle to operate autonomously over hours or days, while METR benchmarks show reliable task duration doubling roughly every seven months.

Bespoke builds company-like simulations with codebases, microservices, logs, tickets, email, and Slack so agents can practice long-horizon workflows before production deployment. Its tooling also includes GEPA for automated prompt and policy search, and the team is tied to Terminal-Bench and the OpenThoughts dataset, which has surpassed 500,000 downloads.
The strategic read: capital is flowing toward the evaluation-and-training substrate below agents, not just the agents themselves.
BNB Chain’s Agent Studio was covered in a July 4 Crypto Briefing report as a one-prompt flow for deploying autonomous AI agents on BNB Smart Chain. The original BNB Chain announcement says builders can describe an agent inside Cursor, Claude Code, or similar tools and ship it onchain without wiring the whole backend by hand. Agents get funded wallets for LLM bills, auto top-ups through x402, onchain identity via ERC-8004, and task interfaces via ERC-8183 so other agents can discover and call them.

The practical pitch is speed: agent deployment moves from custom infra work to a managed stack that bundles hosting, identity, payments, and interoperability. Strategically, the launch pushes crypto agent infrastructure toward self-paying, composable software labor rather than just tokenized chatbots.
